1.Epson DX5printhead based Chinese printers withFixations ,still not perfect,but price effective, attach flag market to get more shares from roland,Dgen and mimaki and mutoh. These means these kind of printes will get cheaper soon and it will spread more over on World market.


2.Kyocera based which is 2560 nozzle printhead,printers come Fashion and real textile market with high speed capacity ,such as La meccanıca,MS print,Stork. Only problem I saw on this printers are Ink still not to good level firing with Kyocera head as it is now with Seiko 508gs and Ricoh GenE4 type printheads.But it gives acceleration to market.

3.Ricoh GENE4 printhead based printers such as Durst,Dgen Teleois,Mimaki TX series are stable working with medium level speed.(around 100 sqm per hour). On these kind of printhead still Reactive and Pigment ink i didnt exactly see. Dispers works continous and perfectly.

4.Konica Minolta ,itself with Nassenger 1000 which announce 1000sqm , was impressive machine speed however we feel still there is some issues on printers when we talk some expertise on ITMA when they follow printer 2-3 days. Konica is powerful on Italy,Como Lake area mostly.


5.Seiko 508gs printhead printers which most of them dont show itself on ITMA which was strange because one of the best and robust head which workable with all inks Dispers,Pigment,Reactive and Acid is Epson and Seiko 508gs..  On ITMA only FTEX ,Italian company show printer however other players such as Turkish manufacturer Eurotechprinters,which I was heard they made Belt type printer with 508gs postpone their launchment to Sign Istanbul 2011. This will be one of my leading product with Dgen Teleois series printer.Zimmer also made 48 printhead printers for factory and have very good reputation .

6.Robustelli and Epson printers are always market big player however only Big investors can handle.Machine totally Epson and works perfect.

1.Dx-5 based Chinese printers with Fixations : Prices between 20-40.000 USD

2.Kyocera based Printers: Prices between min.250.000 Euro-450.000 EURO

4.Ricoh Based printers : Prices between 55.000 Euro-120.000 Euro

5.Konica minolta : Prices between 400.000-600.000 euro

6.Seiko 508gs printers: Prices between 100.000-600.000 Euro(zimmer Colaris price)

7.Robustelli printers:Prices between 350.000-600.000 Euro

If I were you, it is time to go Ricoh or Seiko 508gs based printers for 100sqm per hour is good enough with variable dot printing.
