Upcoming Fespa London Exhibition and Expectations...

Fespa is one of leading exhibition company on Visual Communication ,Signage,Textile market.

There is plenty Fespa organizations such as Fespa Mexico,Fespa Brazil,Fespa Digital,Fespa Eurasia, Fespa Asia...

We are expect to be in Fespa London two weeks time and all market leaders have common sense about this 


expo ,however also there is some doubt about the expo timing and placement.

This year ,Fespa London is going to be held between 25-29th of June, As you known June is start of Summer and most of investors may go to Holiday at August and real business may start again mid-September.

Therefore decision makers ,may finalized investments right after 3 months of Fespa London which is not expected for Exhibitors where they invest such a huge investment specially Equipment Manufacturers and Resellers.

Another critical point is  the place of Fespa London. Although Fespa headquarter is based in UK , UK is not easy place to visit for outside EU citizen and NEW EU member countries . Therefore ,People expect to have  lots of visitors from the Great Britain,Scandinavian and West Europe rather than East Europe and outside of Europe in this show.

However, I am expecting much better show that Last Fespa Barcelona.

As you do known,Exhibitions are fruitful for visitors if they visit and find newest products and developments on the expos, and it is much fruitful for the companies if they promote their newest products and find real investors rather than just visitors or catalogue collectors.

Of course, these are just predictions before the Fespa London, however Fespa London is the major exhibiton in West Europe that Everyone who is involve Visual Communication should visit this show to give support to market .

When looking the Title , it is obvious to answer Whole Printer has to be tuned well. My question is which part is more important.

We already seen many different digital printers, solvent,eco solvent, textile and uv on market.

Some uses same printhead but quality is much more lower than others, Some use different ...

If you willing to buy a printer which is not known brand such as HP,Fuji,Mimaki,Roland..., then Need to check  following points :

• Which printheads using?
• Is there Temperature control on this system? Electronically and manually together...
• Media Advance system check. If you dont test it, you cannot find how skip the media advance.
• How easy to find problems and solve it? I am not talking about User or Technical Manual.It is about How simple or complicate your printer...

These are some of basic points need to be clarify.

For Me Printhead is the heart of printer ,however Heart control by Brain which is electronically and mechanically well tuned.

I  see ,some of new ,young generation European Printers coming very well such as,

*  Old Grapo New Sigmajet UV printers from Chech Republic

* Aeoon -T-shirt printer from Austria

* Eurotechprinters from Turkey

-PrintHead Manufacturer : (Answer will be 2 page list of Ink manufacturers) : however Printhead manufacturers only test head with certain points ,not fully such as Color ,Print Speed,Durability..

-Media Supplier: (Answer will be Ink which they distribute) ;However Ink will be print on your printer though Speed,or clogging may occur frequently.

-Ink Manufacturer:(Answer will be My ink is the best): They known Ink characteristics more than any other however They also accept Every machine Ink system effect Ink performance means every Machine Ink must be reformulated for best result which you never hear before or will hear from them.

-Printer Manufacturer:(Answer will be Factory ink) :Factory ink always best one because they test many points on the factory and found many mistakes or design many things again for your needs.

1.Printer Speed: There is many models but mostly Mimaki and Mutoh printer is higher speed than Roland as well known on the market.
2.Print Quality: Roland is known better quality than Mimaki and Mutoh. This is very small quality different each due to Epson technology.

Some Cases all 3 of them will be same ,and most of time Hardware and ink supplier is same but media suppliers are different.

If you are not satisfy your media supplier, due to consistent quality or pricing level, or payment terming, we advise you do following:

• Collect all other media suppliers informations
• If there is any show ,exhibition,visit and meet supplier face 2 face,
• Media suppliers have 2 groups. One is big suppliers with huge stock,big team and consistency on many years, and second one is mostly new trend small suppliers,which is more flexible on pricing and tems however product consistency and stock has serious problems.

In most of the time, best case is collect all suppliers, Brand name product suppliers of digital printing  medias.

We don't recommend anyone to limit Media supplier as 1-2 . Keep as much as possible which is geographically close to you to ship on time and fast.

ENTRY OF SGI 2013 DUBAI SHOW

Mostly you expect to see :

1. To new Technological equipments
2. To new Raw Materials
3. To find out solutions of your production problems
4. To find our new suppliers with better price rates.

However Since 2 years, Most of Exhibitons shows us totally same things, same Machinery, same Consumables.

Many Printers printing, Router engraving , and customers cannot see what they expect to see.

Therefore , Most of Exhibitions have serious ,professional visitors are leaving the show unsatisfactory and 

most of them dont purchase anything.

I was in SGI Dubai 2013 show at Dubai and stay all 3 day and visited all Companies. As traditionally ,all exhibitiors become real actors and declare they sold all machinery during show, they are extremely happy.

However , behind the curtain, Real faces are totally different.

Digital Printing and Signage market has to create new way of solution soon otherwise Exhitions cannot find Exhibitors enough.

During the economical recession, Most of digital print houses have common problems.

Cutting the costs are the critical issue, cut expenses and lower production costs.

There is million ways to do these ,however Cutting Expenses issue is very critical, if you lower your worker
